Step to Step the Service was good. Spite a computer glitch the Service Desk did not drop my call. Very pleasent to work with. Later that day the Service technician arrived. It was 104 degrees outside and close to that inside the home. Quick and proficient. He explained every step he was taking, since I am one of those nosey customers. I had worked as a technician myself for over 44 years and for such a young age, “Kevin M” is a TOP rated technician and has good customer rapport. Top to bottom your Company is doing it right. In March we bought a propane heater for our family room. Everyone from John to Kevin and Cliff did an wonderful job of informing us of what they were doing and why, the different products and how do work our new heater. They were always on time. friendly and professional. We had such a great experience that when our heat pump quit in July, it was an easy choice to call Campbell and have Terry help us choose the right heat pump system for us. They provided a temporary air conditioner to get us by the couple of days and within two days we had a cool house again. The installers were wonderful, they showed up on time, very polite and knowledgeable and quickly as they could installed the new system. Then Anthony showed up after 5 pm, which surprised us since work hours usually end at 5. He was wonderful, he walked into a oven of a garage and stayed until cool air was flowing freely into the house. We would recommend Campbell and Company to everyone.

Our first appointment had to be rescheduled because of conflict. It was canceled and rescheduled by Campbell & Co. We received a very nice letter thanking us for allowing Campbell && Company to reschedule our appointment. Enclosed with the letter was a $10.00 off coupon. (No expiration, Troy & I checked) On the day of my new appointment, I was having some house cleaning done. Troy was a sport, he had to come find me (I was out on the patio) to ask a question. After my break was done my friend and I tried to open the slider only to find it had been locked when Troy went back in. My grandson let us back in and Troy was embarrased saying his slider was just like mine and he made a habit of locking it behind him. Troy completed his job in a very professional manner and was very friendly. I appreciate so many different things that Campbell & Company do. I love the monthly payment plan and the reminder calls in the Spring and Fall.
